hello i have a couple of questions regarding the blackberry curve 8900
1.can it work using a wataniya sim
2.does wifi wireless connection need the blackberry service
3.the ones you are seeling do they have QWERTY keyboard and from where do you bring them?

hi Jarrah ,
glad to respond to your questions .
1- yes you can use it is unlocked but you will not be able to use the BIS (Blackberry Internet Services) until Wataniya activate this service. the good news that it will be on service very soon.
2-wifi will work for browsing . and installing some software , etc but not for the BBM and emails.
3-there are some of them QWERTY and other QWERTZ keyboard as well . but the QWERTY now out of stock we have only QWERTZ keyboard . and you can visit us at Salmiya our showroom for further information you can contact us by phone or email .

Do you know how soon wataniya will have the service and what is the difference between a QWERTY & QWERTZ keyboard? Is arabic enabled in these phones?
Thanks

what i know is by May they will start this service since the have sent the employees to a training so it is just a matter of little time . also viva will do the same .
QWERTY and QWERTZ are the same only Y and Z letter are replaced in QWERTZ , both have arabic software and even you can write if you know the letter location
